Beneath the monumental domes of the capital, the union of Camille and Samuel unfolded in the solemnity of age-old traditions. Surrounded by guiding and spiritual figures, they gave the sacred all of its contemporary splendour.
I kept my eye at a respectful distance, mindful of the rituals and the fervour of the blessings. The work focused on the geometric composition of places of worship, the truth of expressions beneath the chuppah and the sudden explosion of joy in the dancing, caught on the spot with documentary sharpness.
